kids in the sprinkler

We've been experiencing some very nice weather here for the past few days, which resulted in some sprinkler play time in our yard.

Here Calvin is avoiding the squishy grass - he got over this aversion quickly, though. Maggie thought the whole thing was great. (Yes, they both own swimsuits, but this was spur of the moment, people!)

Here, apparently, we are experimenting with the sprinkler as a drinking fountain and a hair washing station.

And, of course, anything that Calvin gets involved in has to incorporate a beloved "dodo".

Mo SOOOO Funny!! It must be a washington thing. I have almost the exact same picture of Hannah and Ben using their sprinkler as a water fountain. Except for one picture, Ben is actually adding to the water through his drool

Yaaay! Summer water play in underwear! I have pix of my sis, bro, and I doing that as babes. Way cute! And although there's no sprinkler here, I can hardly wait to dig out the "pool" and watch Higgins babies play in water in my own yard. Keep those adorable shots coming. (And the grass looks terrific, too!)

That is wrong "dodo" Calvin is playing with. It is supposed to be a basketball. Sheesh.

Andy - I know! We hate soccer! I'm not sure why we let him play with that.

Grandma H - I didn't see that you had commented until now, but I know the kids are going to love playing in the pool at your house in just a couple days! :)
